Our commitment
Park N Play Design Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards, including the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Accessible Canada Act.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for assistive technologies.
- Keyboard navigation support across interactive components.
- Sufficient colour contrast in both light and dark themes.
- Alt text on meaningful images.
- Accessible forms with associated labels and clear error messaging.
- Regular accessibility audits as part of our release process.
Accessible customer service
In line with the AODA's Customer Service Standard, we welcome people with disabilities at all touch-points — phone, email, on-site visits, and online. Service animals and support persons are welcome. If you require an accommodation, please let us know in advance and we will work with you.
